Shipping and Handling

ship via FedEX, and USPS.
Once your package has been
shipped you can log back into
your account to get tracking
details.

Orders are typically shipped
Monday - Friday, excluding most
holidays. Orders placed after 12
noon Central Standard
Time (CST) may not be processed
until the following business
day.

Shipping charges are
automatically estimated using
real-time lookup during
checkout. (You will have a
chance to review the shipping
charges before completing your
order or sending payment).

For Next day, 2nd day, or 3-Day
delivery, shipping charges for
oversized items are based on
dimensional weight (size of
box), not actual weight (weight
of box), which is more expensive
than standard packages.
Therefore, it is possible that
the shipping charge projected at
the end of your checkout process
will not be precise. Because of
this, please expect to pay more
for shipping charges when
purchasing oversize items. After
your order is placed, we will
verify the actual shipping
charges before we process your
order and charge your credit
card. If the actual shipping
charges are less, we will adjust
your order to charge you the
lower amount. If the actual
shipping charges are greater
than estimated, we will contact
you via e-mail to inform you of
the actual shipping charges. You
must respond to this e-mail
before we can process your
order.

Although we make every effort to
process all orders in a timely
fashion, delivery time is not
guaranteed. We will not be held
responsible for any delays by
freight carriers or processing
delays.

Delivery Time: Allow 2-10
business days for delivery of
non-backordered items in the
continental US. Since we are
dealing with many different
manufacturers and different
warehouse locations the parts
must be shipped to our location
and then on to yours.
Allow additional time for
shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and
International Orders.
Consolidated Shipments:
Entire orders will be shipped
together if possible.
Free Shipping offer:
Free ground shipping via FedEx
ground or USPS mail service.
Free shipping offer is only
valid for the lower 48 United
States. Free shipping any
order anywhere. Alaska,
Hawaii and International orders
do not qualify for free shipping
offer.
