Performance Valve Job 4&5 valves: $150.00 (includes soda blast cleaning and radius valve seat recondition on a “Serdi” machine, also includes
valve reconditioning of intake and exhaust valves where applicable, i.e. Titanium valves are not reconditioned but typically replaced).

Pro Porting: $200.00 any 4 Stroke single cylinder: (includes soda blast cleaning and our exclusive “Bowl Contour” high velocity porting).
Combine our Pro Porting with our “Serdi” Performance Valve Job for just $265.00 total.
Complete Engine R&R: $350.00 any single cylinder 4-stroke (note: engine must be removed from frame, includes complete disassemble of top end and
splitting of cases. Replace supplied parts and reassembly to factory specifications).
Top end Rebuild: $190 any single cylinder 4-stroke: (includes complete disassemble of top end. Replace supplied parts and reassembly to factory specifications).
Crank Rebuild & True: any single cylinder $95.00 ( includes replacement of provided rod and bearing set followed by assembly truing to factor spec or better, welding of crank pin available add $38.00).
Cylinder Bore & Hone: most bore sizes 2.1”-4.5” (bore and finish hone with torque plate to perfection! No taper or out of round +/- .0005” tolerance).
Low Friction Piston Coating: $65.00
Thermal Composite Piston Dome Coating: $50.00
Machine Service $70.00 Hour (Now privateer’s can utilize our expert machine staff).
TIG Welding Service $40.00 per ¼ Hour (Expert welding of any of these alloys: Aluminum, Titanium, Chromoly, and Inconel Alloys). Note: we will not weld frames or sub-frames that are broken in half for liability reasons. (Components in this condition are fatigued beyond their usable life and need replacement. We will weld broken tabs and brackets on the above mentioned.
